Note: Cheats of San Andreas are not as easy as those of Vice City. So memorizing these are not very easy. Most of the cheats have no meaning at all. What you can do is just try to memorize them by diving the words into several parts. 

Use of Function Keys (F1 - F12)

In this post I am gonna show you the usage of Function Keys (F1 - F12).

• F1: In most of the programs F1 shows the help option
• F2: It has several functions. F2 is used to rename a folder. In MS Word Ctrl+Alt+F2 is used to open new document. Ctrl+F2 also shows the print preview in MS Word. 
• F3: In many programs, pressing F3 activates the search option. Shift+F3 is also used to change the letter case (capital to small or small to capital) of MS Word Document. 
• F4: By pressing F4 you can repeat the last action performed in MS Word. Alt+F4 is used to close the active program. 
• F5: In desktop F5 is used to refresh. In MS Word F5 is used to open Find And Replace option. And in MS Power Point Slide show is started by pressing F5.
• F6: In a web browser you can go to the address bar by pressing F6. In MS Word Shift+Ctrl+F6 helps to cycle between multiple windows. 
• F7: In MS Word F7 is used to activate Spelling & Grammar Option. In Firefox F7 is used to start caret browsing. 
• F8: Usually F8 is used while Windows start up. By F8 you can choose the safe mode during starting up your PC. 
• F9: F9 is used to open the measurement tool in Quark 5.0. 
• F10: Pressing F10 activates the menu bar of an open window. Shift F10 works as an alternative to the right click. 
• F11: You can on or off the full screen mode of different programs by pressing F11.
• F12: F12 is used to open the Save as window. And Shift+F12 helps to save a document. Shift+Ctrl+F12 is used to open the Print Window. 

Note: The function of these keys may slightly varies from program to program. And different version of windows may behave differently when using these keys. But most of them works same. 

Make Calculator Using Notepad !!

In this post I am gonna show you another fun of notepad. Here I will show you how to make calculator using notepad. 

Cope and paste the following text in notepad.

Now save the file as Calculator.bat. Now double click on the file to open it. Type 2*2 and have fun!

Convert Drives to NTFS without Formatting!

Often we need to convert our drives from FAT/ FAT32 to NTFS. And in that case you may need to set up the whole computer. But there is an easy option for you to do this job. Just follow the steps below:

1. Open Notepad
2. Copy and paste the following message in the Notepad

convert d: /FS:NTFS
convert e: /FS:NTFS
convert f: /FS:NTFS
convert g: /FS:NTFS
convert i: /FS:NTFS
convert k:/FS:NTFS

      3. Save the file as NTFS.bat

Now what you need to know is that you can select which drive you wanna convert and which you not. Just see the lines above. If you need to convert only C Drive then you don't need to write the following lines in the notepad.

If your desired drive letter is L, then type convert l: /FS:NTFS. By this way you can convert any other drive into NFTS.

Note: If you wanna convert from NTFS to FAT32 then you need to format it. So before converting to NTFS, make sure you really wanna do this. Otherwise you need to format the drive for sure. 

How to Activate Windows 8 Developer Preview Build 8102 M3

Microsoft tried to make the installation process of windows 8 developer preview as easy as possible. Users don't need to type any product key during installation. And it's working fine after installing. 

However if someone finds that he needs to provide a product for activation then he can try this one: 6RH4V-HNTWC-JQKG8-RFR3R-36498

There is another method to activate windows 8 developer preview. Just follow the steps below:

1. Press Start button and Type cmd
2. Now Command Prompt window will appear and need to type the following code

slmgr.vbs -ipk 6RH4V-HNTWC-JQKG8-RFR3R-36498
slmgr.vbs -ato

Note: After typing the first line and when you press enter there may appear several windows with error messages. Don't be panic. You will get the activation message within 1/2 minutes.

If this system does not work for you then follow this method.

Now Press Window Logo Key + Pause. Your computer properties will show windows is activated. And click on the View details. It will show a window with activation status like below:

Note: If the above system doesn't work for you then you can Activate Windows Developer Preview Build 8102 M3 by Windows Update. It is 100% working method and provided by Microsoft itself!

And if all the above system fails, then you need to download the consumer preview copy of Windows 8.
